Our sister blog, WHEELS, has several photos that are NOT wheels. There is a new post about the picture of a fine yoiung team of oxen in the Mansfield Missouri neighborhood. In More Turns of the Wheel at Sho-Me Your Wheels, I write about the oxen and his early experiences with ‘junk’.

I am involved with organization of the first annual Sho-Me Your Wheels event at Mansfield, Missouri. The event occurs on September 20, in conjunction with Wilder Days 2009, which is held to honor children’s author, Laura Ingalls Wilder who lived near Mansfield when she wrote the famous Little House books.
